At MagicWipe™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For our "Hero Products," such as the MagicWipe™ XXL Drying Cloth, we offer an extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the day your order is delivered.

You may try the product once.

If you are unhappy with the results, you may return it provided it remains clean and undamaged.

For all other products, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
How to Request a Return
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email magicwipetowel@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Authorization: Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with specific return instructions.

Important: We cannot accept returns sent back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping

Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Method: Credits will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before dispatch.

After Shipment: Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process once the item arrives.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns:

Gift cards.

Free or promotional "bonus" items.

Items marked as “Final Sale”.

Products that are used, soiled, or visibly damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact us at magicwipetowel@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
